Established in 2000, Funzone is the longest running after school club in Letchworth, proudly providing high-quality childcare for over 25 years.

Conveniently located in the beautiful Mrs Howard Memorial Hall, right in the centre of town, we offer a trusted, safe, and fun environment where children can relax, play, and thrive after school.

Two Clubs Tailored to Your Child’s Age & Needs:

We run two dedicated clubs to ensure every child receives age-appropriate care and engaging activities:

• Reception to Year 2
  A safe, nurturing and playful environment designed for younger children, with activities and resources planned around their specific stage of development such as storybooks, small world toys, simple board games, creative art materials and construction toys. Activities are designed to encourage imagination, language development, and early independence, while adults offer gentle guidance and reassurance when needed.
• School Years 3 to 6
  A more relaxed environment, children can take part in activities such as arts and crafts, board games, pool and playing on the XBOX for entertainment. Staff encourage independence by allowing children to choose what they would like to do, while still offering guidance and support when needed.

Safe and Reliable School Pick-Ups:

Our dedicated team collects children from local schools such as Hillshott and Pixmore and walks them safely back to Funzone, while schools further afield are transported by minibuses. All collections are carried out by trained Funzone staff to ensure a smooth, reassuring transition from school to club.
